Very female friendly service

Nick helped me out massively with my car when a big issue cropped up after buying the car recently from another garage. Very female friendly service- not at all patronising just super helpful and informative. Nick offered me advice on how to proceed with the other garage even though he had nothing to financially gain from doing this and even helped me out with a courtesy car while we waited for the other garage to arrange repairs. I absolutely am a new and loyal customer to LCM now thanks to Nick's amazing service and the help of the brill team there.
