I Purchased an Audi TT and have had an issue opening the fuel cap, the mechanism had become stuck and even the emergency release mechanism from the boot would not open it. I spoke to LCM and they arranged to see me the next day. They sorted the issue and arranged payment from the dealer who I had bought the car from on my behalf.
Excellent customer service would thoroughly recommend.
