Cannot fault the customer service

I’ve been having my car serviced and MOT’d at LCM for the last two years. This week I had to book in again for a worrying sounding knocking from the suspension. The fault was fixed in a timely fashion and I was updated twice on the progress by phone. I cannot fault the customer service I have received to date, it is second to none.
